Oman weather: Rainfall in parts of Oman, PACDA issues safety advisory

Muscat: People in Oman have been advised to remain catious and drive safely as rain has flooded roads and valleys in different parts of Oman by the Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulances (PACDA).

Earlier in the day, a resident in Khasab said that rain fell in mountains flooding valleys.

“It rained for at least 30 minutes," M.B. Venukkutten, a resident, said.

Rainfall was also recorded in Sohar, where part of a road was reportedly damaged.
