Madayn BoD holds meeting

Muscat: The Board of Directors of the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (Madayn) held on Tuesday its 5th Board of Directors (BoD) meeting this year at Samail Industrial City, which was chaired by Dr Saleh bin Said Masan, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion for Commerce and Industry, and Chairman of Madayn’s Board of Directors.

Several topics were discussed during the meeting including the establishment of an integrated workforce township in Samail Industrial City and the rest of the industrial cities.

The meeting was followed by a visit to Talent Electric Services, which specialises in the design and manufacturing of customised quality low voltage switchgear and control panel boards of various capacities to suit oil and gas, water and electricity, infrastructure, building and public utility projects.

A visit was also made to Oman Plastics Company, which focuses on the production and sales of bottles, caps, PE films, labels and other plastic packaging products.
