Schools to be suspended in this wilayat today

Muscat: Classes will be suspended in all schools for the evening period in the Wilayat of Seeb on Tuesday, September 27, 2022

Directorate General of Education in Muscat Governorate said: "Based on the directive received from the Ministry regarding the students’ departure timing on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, the following has been decided:

First: Students of morning schools in the wilayats (Seeb - Baushar - Muscat - Muttrah): The students' departure from the schools of the mentioned states will be at 12.30 pm, with the importance of taking into account the following aspects:

1- Notify bus drivers of the necessity of being at the school at the mentioned time and lining up the buses in an orderly manner inside the school yard.

2- Organising the process of students leaving the school and taking the buses in a safe and orderly manner. The necessity of the presence of bus supervisors and teachers of the daily shift to organise the entry of students on school buses to ensure their safety.

3- Communicating with students’ parents and notifying them of the students’ departure time. Parents of students who transport their children in their own cars to be in front of the school at 12.30 pm.

Second: Evening school students in the Wilayat of Seeb: It was decided to suspend studies in all schools in the Wilayat for this day, Tuesday, September 27, 2022. "
