GAC conducts training workshop for sales staff

Muscat: General Automotive Company (GAC) recently hosted an intensive training workshop for all Vehicle Sales Executives titled ‘Sales Strategies and Skills’. It was attended by over 30 employees GAC sales staff from various branches across Oman. The aim of this workshop is to keep all staff trained to the highest standards has always been a priority at the Company, the official distributor of Mitsubishi vehicles and FUSO trucks in Oman.

Commenting on the training programme, Manoj Ranade, the GM of GAC said, “In Oman, GAC and its brands have become synonymous with quality, performance, and outstanding customer service. The key to this success lies in making certain our employees are well-trained and self-motivated, while also ensuring that the first impression of the brand is a positive one, which in the vast majority of cases is our sales staff. This sales training program was conducted to ensure our sales staff have the right skills and tools at their disposal.
