1 cup mashed potatoes
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
10 large green chillies, slit, seeded
1 cup gram flour
Oil for deep-frying
In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes with coriander powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, and cumin powder. Season to taste with salt. Stuff the large chillies with this mixture.
In a small bowl, mix gramflour, salt to taste, and enough water to make a thick batter.
In a wok, heat oil. Dip the stuffed chillies into the batter and carefully drop them into the hot oil.
Deep-fry until golden. Serve hot.
