760 candidates for municipal council to be announced tomorrow

Muscat: The Ministry of Interior will announce the preliminary lists of 760 candidates for municipal council membership for the third term tomorrow, September 18, via the elections website ⁦‪elections.om‬⁩.

The ministry clarifies that anyone may object to the names mentioned in the preliminary lists of candidates by submitting a request via the election website within five days from the date of announcing these lists, indicating the reasons for the objection, and attaching to it the supporting documents.
