HM receives written message from Algerian President

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik received a written message from President Abdel Majid Taboun of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.

The message was handed over here today to HH Sayyid Asa'ad bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs, Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan by Mohamed Arkab, Algerian Minister of Energy and Mines.

During the meeting of Sayyid Asa’ad with the Algerian minister, the two sides reviewed the distinguished relations binding the two countries, and means of promoting them in all areas.

The meeting was attended by the Secretary General and the two Advisors at the Office of Sayyid Asa’ad, as well as Filali Guenni, Ambassador of Algeria to the Sultanate of Oman and members of the delegation accompanying the guest.
