Two arrested for theft from shops in Oman

Muscat : The Royal Oman Police (ROP), has arrested two people for stealing from a number of shops in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate.

"North Al Sharqiyah Governorate Police Command arrested two people on charges of stealing sums of money and some goods from several shops. The legal measures are being taken against them.”

Meanwhile, in Al Dhahirah, the ROP arrested a person and seized his vehicle for drifting.

"Al Dhahirah Governorate Police Command managed to arrest a driver of a vehicle in the Wilayat of Ibri who was drifting, endangering his life and the lives of others. The legal procedures are being completed against him," Directorate General of Traffic said in a statement.
