1 cup minced chicken
1 cup mashed potatoes
3 tbsp cream
4 tbsp mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp garlic paste
½ cup all-purpose flour
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup bread crumbs
2 eggs, whisked
Oil, for deep-frying
In a bowl, mix together the chicken,mashed potatoes, cream, cheese,garlic paste, flour, salt, and pepper. Divide the mixture equally into 8 portions.
Shape each portion into a croquette.
Place the bread crumbs in a shallow bowl.
Dip the croquettes in the whisked egg and then coat them with bread crumbs. Repeat until all are coated.
In a wok over high heat, heat the oil for deep-frying.
Drop in the croquettes one by one and fry till golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with ketchup .
