Electricity completely restored in Muscat Governorate

Muscat: Muscat Electricity Distribution Company(medc) has confirmed the restoration of electricity to all affected areas in Muscat Governorate.

A statement issued online by medc said:"Electricity has been restored to all affected areas in the Governorate of Muscat. Please contact the company's call centre in the Governorate of Muscat on the number 80070008 in the event of a power outage."

" The authority has initiated a detailed investigation with the licensed companies to find out the reasons that led to these interruptions and to avoid their occurrence in the future," Authority for Public Services Regulation (APSR), said in a statement.
