ROP staff man traffic junctions affected by power outage

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police is manning several traffic junctions affected by the power outages across Oman and is controlling the flow of traffic.

"Due to the power outage in parts of the main electricity network in the Sultanate of Oman, the Royal Oman Police is working to secure traffic on roads and intersections that operate with traffic lights to facilitate their flow and organise safe passage of road users," ROP said in a statement.
