Six unlicensed fishing vessels seized in Oman

Muscat : The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources has seized six unlicensed fishing vessels in Al Wusta Governorate.

"The fisheries control team in Al Wusta Governorate was able to seize six artisanal fishing vessels in the  fishing port in the Wilayat of Duqm for not holding licenses.  Ship owners were summoned to complete the related legal procedures," the Ministry said in a statement.
