Factory raided for violating environmental requirements in Oman

Muscat : An animal feed factory has been raided for violating environmental requirements in North Al Batinah Governorate.

"The Environment Center in the Wilayat of Suwaiq, in cooperation with the Directorate General of Consumer Protection in the North Al Batinah Governorate, seized an animal feed factory that violated environmental requirements through smoke and air pollution. The legal measures are being taken against it, " Environment Authority said in a statement.
