2 expats arrested for trying to smuggle oil derivatives

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested two foreigners for attempting to smuggle quantities of oil derivatives.

ROP said in a statement: "The Musandam Coast Guard police managed to seize a boat carrying two Asian nationalities while they were trying to smuggle quantities of oil derivatives near the Khasab port. The legal procedures are being completed against them."
