His Majesty Sultan Qaboos sends greetings to Djibouti

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent a cable of congratulations to President Ismail Omar Guelleh of the Republic of Djibouti on the occasion of his country's Independence Anniversary.
