3 tbsp jowar flour (sorghum / great millet flour)
1 cup yoghurt
2 tsp ghee
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp honey
Salt to taste
Mix millet flour and yoghurt well.
Add 2.5 cups water and cumin powder and stir well making sure there are no lumps.
Boil on a low flame for 10 minutes till it starts to thicken.
Season with salt and honey and cook for another 2 minutes .
Switch off the flame.
Garnish with ghee before serving .
