Khatmat Malaha port customs seizes illegal cigarettes in Oman

Muscat: Khatmat Malaha port customs has foiled an attempt to smuggle large quantities of banned cigarettes into the Sultanate of Oman.

"The port customs of Khatmat Malaha thwarted the smuggling of large quantities of banned and restricted cigarettes, which were tightly hidden in different parts of the vehicle," Oman Customs said in a statement.
