Muscat: The Al Mughsail Beach has been reopened to visitors from Monday, July 18, 2022, said the Royal Oman Police (ROP).
"Dhofar Governorate Police Command clarifies that the movement will be available to visitors to the tourist site at Al Mughsail Beach, starting at 9 am today, Monday. The Royal Oman Police calls on visitors to adhere to the general safety guidelines, not to cross the protection fence, to pay attention to children, not to leave them alone, and to stay away from dangerous places and rocky edges," ROP said in a statement.
Al Mughsail Beach was temporarily closed after the tragic accident in which the expatriate family of eight drowned in the beach.
