Muscat International Airport to receive first flight from northern Iran

Muscat: Muscat International Airport will receive the first weekly flight of the Iranian airline Pars Air from Rasht International Airport in northern Iran next Thursday.

Ibrahim bin Abdul Karim Al Raisi, the regional director of the company in Muscat, told Oman News Agency that Rasht station is the second Iranian station that runs flights to Muscat International Airport after Shiraz station.

He points out: “Operating Iranian Pars Air Airlines flights to Muscat Airport is a new addition to the airport's air traffic and other options for passengers, which will activate travel between the Sultanate of Oman and the Islamic Republic of Iran.”
