Muscat: Marsees Island is one of the largest and most beautiful islands in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate.

Oman News Agency (ONA) said :"The Island of Marsees is one of the largest islands in the Wilayat of Masira, the Governorate of South Al Sharqiyah. In Marsees, the land blends with the green spaces and blue sea to form a breathtaking natural portrait. It is also a habitat for bird-nesting."
