Waves over 4m in height, alert issued for sea-goers

Muscat: Oman Meteorology has issued a warning to fishermen and sea-goers not to take risks and venture into the sea due to high sea waves predicted during the next two days.

Oman Meteorology said: "For fishermen and sea-goers, the sea will be rough on all the coasts of the Sultanate, with a maximum height of 4.0 metres on Tuesday and Wednesday. Please avoid going into the sea."
