People urged to take booster dose of Covid-19 vaccine in Oman

Muscat: Due to increased activity of Covid-19 in many parts of the world, the Ministry of Health (MOH), has urged people to take the third/booster dose of  Covid-19 vaccines free of charge at the nearest health centre in all governorates of the Sultanate of Oman.

A statement issued online by MOH said :"Due to increased activity of Covid-19 virus in many parts of the world , the Ministry of Health calls upon all those who did not receive the 3rd dose of Covid-19 vaccine or those whose 3rd dose was taken more than 9 months ago to receive the dose free of charge at the nearest health centre or private health institutions, that are authorised to give these vaccines."
