Temperature expected to rise in Oman

Muscat: Several parts of the Sultanate will witness temperatures ranging between the mid to high forties, especially in the desert areas on Friday.

The expected maximum temperatures on the weekend, according to the Oman Meteorology, will be:

- Friday: Between the mid to high forties in most governorates, except the coasts of the Arabian Sea, where it will be between the mid to high thirties.

- Saturday: Temperatures will continue to rise in desert areas until high forties and may touch 50 degrees in some areas.
