Al-Futtaim IKEA to open its first Store in Oman with a host of surprises

Swedish home furnishings giant IKEA, is opening doors to its first store in Oman on 19th June. The two-level store spans over 25,000 square metres and is located in Lulu Group’s Oman Avenues Mall. To celebrate the grand opening of the store, IKEA will host a range of opening day activities for everyone to enjoy!

On the opening day, the first three visitors entering the store will win a gift voucher worth OMR 50.

Tapping into Omani tradition, visitors will have the opportunity to listen to the sounds of Omani national drums and watch the performances exclusively during opening. Little ones don’t go disappointed either as IKEA will provide face painting to keep them entertained.

IKEA has also expanded its digital footprint, allowing customers to view the entire product range online from the comfort of their homes.
Additionally, the new IKEA store will also offer a wide range of services such as assembly and delivery, measurement facilities and kitchen services at affordable prices.
