Companies display latest products as Agro-Food Oman begins

Muscat: The Third Agro-Food Oman began at Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre yesterday under the patronage of His Highness Sayyid Mohammed bin Salim Al Said.
The three-day event is organised by Al Nimr Expo and supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries. Agro-Food Oman is one of the most anticipated exhibitions in the Sultanate where local and international companies from all over the world take part.
The event represents a linking point between participating domestic and international companies operating in the agricultural and fisheries sectors, and government institutions to view the latest equipment, machinery, services and technologies in this sector.
The exhibition brings together major local and international companies operating in agriculture and fisheries wealth, halal products and food factories from around the world. The companies showcase their products and services.
Visitors will be able to exchange ideas and viewpoints, share their expertise and best scientific practices, in addition to familiarising with a group of solutions and innovations to overcome difficulties and challenges in the field.
