The new and improved Alizz Islamic Bank mobile banking application has been received with overwhelming success for its banking features and services offered to the users. It is rated as the very best digital banking application among other mobile banking applications. The app is available on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store and Huawei Gallery Store and has been downloaded by users that have also rated the app based on its seamless user experience.

Speaking about the update, Sayyida Nadira Al Said, Senior Manager of Digital Banking at Alizz Islamic Bank, highlighted that the latest version of the mobile banking app features cutting edge mobile banking technologies including a new user interface and user experience which is visually attractive and convenient with an enhanced customer experience. The colours and the interface were selected based on the best international standards demonstrating the bank’s leadership in innovative digital banking services.

Aal Said further added that among the important features added to the application are the useful shortcuts on the dashboard that enables users to monitor and execute recurring banking transactions without the need to go into many steps or clicks. These shortcuts enable users to save time while enjoying a host of smart solutions in the bilingual application.

Another valued added feature is the ability to easily and conveniently share the transfer slips with recipients following cash transfer operations by tapping the transfer icon. The application contains another exciting tool that enables user to search for and locate Alizz Islamic Bank branches and ATMs by tapping the ‘Find Us’ icon. Moreover, throughout the app, customers are offered the convenience of requesting for cheque books, credit cards and debit cards, with a seamless push notification feature to keep the customer in the loop about their requests.

Further, the bank has sustained its investment on the current digital platforms with strong focus and presence in fintech solutions. The bank’s infrastructure has been developed to provide high quality customer service while fostering the culture of innovation and excellence. Through this approach, the number of the users of the mobile and internet banking services has doubled with an increase of 26% compared to last year.
