Laboratory for development of Omani women’s associations launched

Muscat: The work of the laboratory for the development of Omani women’s associations was launched on Sunday, June 5, 2022, under the patronage of the Minister of Social Development.

"The work of the laboratory for the development of Omani women’s associations begins to raise the level of their social impact, enhance the community participation of Omani women, and push the wheel of continuous development according to developments that are commensurate with the stages of development in the Sultanate of Oman to achieve the objectives of the Oman Vision 2040 and the 10th five-year development plan," Oman News Agency (ONA) said in a statement.

Her Excellency Dr Laila bint Ahmed Al Najar, Minister of Social Development, who patronised the inauguration of the laboratory’s work, stressed that the success of the laboratory can only be achieved with the participation of various partners from members of Omani Women’s Associations and social responsibility partners from all governmental and private sectors who support innovative ideas and provide appropriate investment opportunities.
