Muscat: SalamAir announced the launch of flights to five new destinations, starting from mid-June.
The new destinations include direct flights to the Turkish city of Bursa, Phuket in Thailand and Baku in the Republic of Azerbaijan, and direct flights to Prague in the Czech Republic and the Chinese city of Tashtun during the winter schedule from October.
On this occasion, Captain Mohamed Ahmed, CEO of SalamAir said, "I am pleased to announce the addition of new destinations to our network. We are keen to add destinations that interest our customers who love travel and adventure. Before making any decision to add new destinations, we are taking into account our customers' feedback and wishes, as well as commercial viability.”
He added that the company will start its first direct flights to the Turkish city of Bursa, to be the first international company to operate direct flights to this city. Thus, Bursa becomes SalamAir's third destination in Turkey after the two popular destinations Istanbul and Trabzon.
