Three arrested in foreign jewellery theft case

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested three foreigners wanted by a country for stealing jewellery.

A statement issued online by ROP said: "Within a short period of time after their entry into the Sultanate of Oman, the Directorate General of Inquiries and Criminal Investigations, in cooperation with the International Criminal Police Organisation (Interpol), arrested three foreigners in possession of the stolen items, wanted by a country on charges of stealing jewellery."
