Ingredients
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
4 green chillies, slit
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup yoghurt
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 spring onion greens, finely chopped
4-6 curry leaves
2 cups coconut milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp ground cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
6- 7 white fish fillets

Preparation
In a food processor combine the peanuts, coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic and yoghurt and blend to a smooth paste.
In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and sauté onions till pink .Now add the spring onions and curry leaves and sauté for 2 minutes more.
Stir in the yoghurt paste and add about 1 cup of water and mix well.
Cook on low for 5 -7minutes till flavours combine.
Now add in the fish and cook covered for 12 minutes .
Pour in the coconut milk and simmer until fish is cooked through.
Season with salt , pepper, cumin and garam masala .Give a final stir .Switch off the flame.
Serve hot with rice .
