Part of Al Batinah highway closed for traffic

Muscat: Traffic has been closed for a portion of Al Batinah highway due to a fire that broke out in a truck, Royal Oman Police (ROP) said.

ROP said in a statement that vehicle movement has been stopped on the lane heading to Sohar, Al Batinah highway near Sohar Gate due to a truck fire. Road users are kindly requested to take caution and use alternative routes.
