CPA intensifies monitoring meat market ahead of Eid Al Fitr

Muscat: In preparation of Eid Al Fitr, inspection teams are intensifying monitoring efforts in following up on markets, sheep pens and meat stores.

The Consumer Protection Authority said: “Coinciding with the approaching Eid Al-Fitr, consumer protection in Barka is intensifying its control efforts in following up on markets, sheep pens and meat stores to ensure price stability and the availability of goods, and is also working to ensure that suppliers are keen to comply with all laws and decisions and consumer protection legislation."
