Beef mince: 500g
Garlic paste: 1tbsp
Ginger paste: 1/2 tbsp
Bread: 2 slices
Green chillies: 3
Biryani masala: 1/2 tbsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Add all into the chopper and chop till all combine.
Make small meatballs.
Heat oil in a pan and fry these koftas for 4 minutes each side on medium flame.
Onion: 4 medium
Tomatoes: 4 medium
Green chillies: 4 chopped
Biryani masala: 2tbsp
Salt: To taste.
Lemon juice: 2tbsp
Oil: 1 cup
Boil pre soaked rice with whole masala.
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste.
Cook on medium flame until light brown.
Add chopped tomatoes and green chillies.
When masala is ready add koftas and keep on the 'dum' for 20 minutes on slow flame.
Now layer your rice and kofta masala.
Add green chillies, coriander and mint on top.
Cover the lid with foil and steam the biryani for 20 minutes.
Garnish and present hot.
