Here are the Omani artists at the 59th Venice International exhibition of Arts

Muscat: For the first time Oman is participating in the 59th Venice International art exhibition, with five Omani artists presenting Omani art.

Theexhibition will take place from 23 April to 27 November 2022. The artists who will represent the Sultanate are Raya Al Rawahi, Bodour Al Riyami, Hassan Mir, Anwar Sonia and Radhika Khimji.

His Highness Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth, inaugurated the Sultanate of Oman's National Pavilion at the 59th Venice International exhibition of Arts in Italy.

Through participation in the exhibition, the Sultanate aims to introduce the cultural depth of the Sultanate of Oman at the international level, to achieve the objectives of the cultural strategy in the fields of cultural communication and the arts, to invest in international opportunities and to keep pace with global growth in the cultural sector and to highlight the cultural renaissance of the Sultanate.
