Tenders worth more than OMR20 million approved Oman Tender Board

Muscat: Tenders worth more than OMR20 million have been approved by the Tender Board.
The Tender Board on Wednesday held its 7th meeting for 2017 under the chair of Dr. Rasheed bin Al Safi Al Huraibi, Chairman of the Tender Board.
The Board approved OMR20,637,855 worth of tenders and additional works for the following development projects:
1- Supply of surgical materials for the Ministry of Health (OMR5,580,492).
2- Standard governmental license for the GIS of the National Centre for Statistics and Information (OMR2,220,000).
3- Provision of periodic maintenance services and purchase of consumable items for operation of hemodialysis equipment at various health institutions under the Ministry of Health (OMR444,528).
4- Renewal of the lease contract for the Ministry of Social Development premises at Madinat Sultan Qaboos (OMR430,123).
5- Provision of technicians for operation and maintenance of equipment and services at Ibra Hospital and its affiliated health units in North A'Sharqiyah Governorate, Ministry of Health (OMR288,499).
6- Provision of technicians for operation and maintenance of equipment at the health units in A'Dakhiliyah Governorate, Ministry of Health (OMR269,486).
7- Provision of periodic maintenance services and supply of spare parts for X-ray machines at various health institutions of the Ministry of Health (OMR138,618).
8- Additional works for provision of dietary service for students of Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) for one year only (OMR4,555,603).
9- Additional works for construction of Wadi Al Minqal - Wadi Bani Jabir road in the Wilayat of Sur in South A'Sharqiyah Governorate, the Ministry of Transport and Communications (OMR2,429,826).
10- Additional works for dietary, housekeeping, laundry and pest control services for hospitals and health centers at the Ministry of Health in different governorates (for Khoulah Hospital only) (OMR1,066,230).
11- Additional works for construction of Dhank - Al Khabib Asphalt road in A'Dhahirah Governorate (2nd stage), the Ministry of Transport and Communications (OMR640,248).
12- Additional works for Aqbat A'Rustaq road in South Al Batinah Governorate, the Ministry of Transport and Communications (OMR436,200).
13- Additional works for providing consultancy services for the design and supervision of the construction of Bai'eeq - Aqeer Al Abryeen road in the Wilayat of Al Khaborah in North Al Batinah Governorate, the Ministry of Transport and Communications (OMR384,360).
14- Additional works for providing consultancy services for the design and supervision of Ibri – Al Dareez - Maskan dual-carriageway, Al Dareez – Yanqul dual-carriageway and Ibri – Al Dareez ring road in A'Dhahirah Governorate, the Ministry of Housing (OMR299,752).
15- Additional works for consultancy services for the feasibility study and detailed designs for the protection dams in Wadi Al Rafdha and to raise the level of Wadi Al Fulaij dam from feed level in the Wilayat of Sur in South A'Sharqiyah Governorate, the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources (OMR274,780).
