Modern College of Business and Science Celebrates 28th Graduation

In a span of three joyful days, the Modern College of Business and Science (MCBS) proudly celebrated the 28th graduation for the years 2019, 2020, and 2021. The achievements of one thousand three hundred and fifty-two male and female students from various disciplines and academic levels from the associate degree, bachelor’s, and master’s degree was celebrated in an event that took place at the Grand Millennium Hotel, Muscat.

The ceremony was attended by representatives from MCBS’s affiliate Franklin University, Dr Munir Al-Maskari, college founder and Executive Chairman of the Modern College of Business and Science, and Dr Moosa Al Kindi, Dean of the College, Members of the Board of Governance, as well as senior members of the community, students, parents, faculty members, and college administrative staff.

In a series of motivational speeches, the chief guest, His Excellency Ambassador Dr Adnan Al Azri, Chair of the Commission on the Limits of The Continental Shelf at the United Nations, graciously delivered an uplifting speech and shared his own personal experience and learning journey with the students and encouraged them to continue keeping their high spirits and never give up on their dreams. Throughout these jubilant days, the graduates expressed their delight, enthusiasm, and high sense of achievement, especially after they had experienced exceptional circumstances since the outbreak of the pandemic that took over the world in 2020.

MCBS recently celebrated its silver jubilee and enjoys a reputation of being one the most important and leading educational intuitions in the Sultanate of Oman.
