Recipe of the week: Coconut Milkshake

Ingredients
1/4 cup grated fresh coconut
1 cup coconut water
3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp honey

Preparation
In a blender, combine the coconut, coconut water, milk and honey .
Blend till smooth.
Refrigerate for 3 hours.
Serve chilled.
