Muscat: Dr. Mohammed Nasser Al Za’abi, Secretary General at the Ministry of Defence received in his office at Al Murtafa’a Garrison on Wednesday Daniel Banaim, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Arabia Peninsula Affairs in the Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs at the US Department of State.
The two sides exchanged views and discussed several matters of common interest.
The meeting was attended by Leslie M. Tsou, Ambassador of the US to Oman.
Diplomatic Affairs Undersecretary Meets US Official
Sheikh Khalifa Ali Al Harthy, Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Diplomatic Affairs received on Wednesday Daniel Banaim, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Arabian Peninsula Affairs in the Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs at the US Department of State.
The two sides reviewed the bilateral relations between the two countries and means of enhancing them in various fields. They also underscored the importance of promoting these relations to meet the envisaged aspirations.
The two sides also exchanged views on prominent regional and international topics.
