Ingredients
2 packs of baby corn, cut into halves
1 green chilli, finely chopped
1 and 1/2 tsp ginger, finely chopped
1 and 1/2 tsp garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp soya sauce
1 /2 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp cornflour
1/4 cup red and green bell pepper ( sliced )
1 tsp oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Combine the soya sauce, ketchup, chilli sauce and cornflour with 2 tbsp of water in a bowl and keep aside .
Heat oil in a non-stick pan , add the baby corn and sauté over a high flame for 3- 4 minutes.
Add the green chilli, ginger and garlic and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Add the cornflour and sauce mix and sauté on high flame till the sauce coats the baby corn evenly.
Toss in the sliced bell peppers , season with salt and pepper.
Mix well and serve hot.
