Indian embassy rescues Japanese traveller stuck at Muscat airport

Muscat: A Japanese traveller on way to India got stuck at the Muscat International Airport due to visa problems. 

Subsequently, Indian Embassy’s help was sought and they came to the rescue of the stranded passenger. 

Praising the efforts of embassy officials, the traveller said: “I have a visa, I have been fed lunch, and I have been apologised multiple times even though this is not India’s fault any way. Everyone at the embassy knows that I am ‘the Japanese’ and this has all been very entertaining and I had a great time.”
