1 tsp vegetable oil
1 medium sized onion , finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 and 1/2 cup lamb broth
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp red chilli sauce
1 cup boiled and shredded lamb
1/2 cup cooked glass noodles
1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
1/ 4 cup steamed corn kernels
Salt and pepper to taste
Spring onion greens for garnish
In a pot, heat oil on medium.
Add the onion, ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the broth, soy sauce, red chilli sauce and vinegar.
Bring the mixture to a roaring boil.
Add the shredded lamb and let the mixture cook for 15 minutes.
Add the noodles and vegetables.
Mix well and reduce the heat to low and simmer for 4-5 minutes .
Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Serve hot garnished with spring onion greens .
