New Delhi: Oman and India on Wednesday signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during the visit of Oman's Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi to India.
News Agency ANI reported, "India and Oman sign an MoU in the presence of Oman's Foreign Minister, Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi and External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar."
The Indian Minister tweeted: "Discussed our growing cooperation in the political, economic, defence, energy, S&T, space, rare earths and people-to-people fields."
"Witnessed the signing of a Science and Technology cooperation agreement. Agreed as maritime neighbors, to scale up our cooperation for maritime security and safety in the region. Exchanged views on the situation in the Gulf, Yemen and Ukraine."
