Muscat: Bank AL Habib Limited successfully organised Roshan Digital Account seminar in coordination with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and the Pakistani Embassy (Muscat, Sultanate of Oman) for Overseas Pakistanis residing in Oman at The Crowne Plaza Convention & Exhibition Centre on the 18th of March 2022.
The seminar was graced by the presence of HE Muhammad Imran Ali Chaudhary Ambassador of Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Oman & Amjad Mehmood Malik, Counsellor Pakistan Embassy Oman, other prominent Pakistani community members and senior officials from Bank AL Habib.
The speakers engaged with the patriotic Pakistani community members, inquired about their investment requirements, highlighted the efforts of SBP to increase foreign remittances in the country, digitization of the economy through Roshan Digital Account initiative and briefed about Roshan Digital initiative as a lifestyle banking product and its associated investment opportunities in Pakistan.
Mr. Aun Ali, Group Head - Business (Bank AL Habib) and Mr. Qamber Ali, Head – Roshan Digital Account (Bank AL Habib) were present to answer all the Roshan Digital investment related queries of the participants.
Bank AL Habib with its state of art digital platform and 24/7 support is making continuous efforts to promote this national cause and will conduct more such events for awareness of this initiative in overseas Pakistani communities globally.
