Recipe of the week: Ginger Fish

4 fish fillets
Salt to taste
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp brown sugar
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/2 cup grated ginger
2 stalks spring onion , finely chopped
2 tbsp oil
3 tsp minced garlic
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tbsp sesame oil

Marinate the fish fillets with salt, pepper powder, brown sugar, oyster sauce and garlic for half an hour.
Steam cook the fish for 7- 10 minutes in a steamer and place on a serving platter.
In a separate pan, heat oil and add ginger , chilli and spring onions. Stir fry for 2 -3 minutes .
Pour this mix on the steamed fish on the serving platter .
Drizzle sesame oil and serve hot.
