Rough sea expected in parts of Oman

Muscat: Rough sea with waves ranging between 2 and 2.5 metres have been forecast for coasts of the Arabian Sea, coasts of the Oman Sea and the coasts of Musandam from March 7 and for the next two days due to the southeast winds.

"Sea waves are expected to rise to - medium / rough reaching 2-2.5 metres on the coasts of the Arabian Sea, the coasts of the Sea of Oman and the coasts of Musandam, starting from this evening until Wednesday, coinciding with the activity of the southeast winds," Oman Meteorology said in a statement.
