His Majesty the Sultan sends greetings to President of Bulgaria

Muscat:  His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to President Dr. Rumen Radev of the Republic of Bulgaria on his country’s National Day.

In the cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes to President Radev and the people of his country.
