Ingredients
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup water
1 and half cups coconut milk
1/3 cup condensed milk
1/2 apple ( chopped )
6 strawberries ( chopped )
1/2 cup orange segments
Preparation
Soak the chia seeds in water for 1 hour till they expand.
In a bowl, add coconut milk and condensed milk and whisk.
Add chia seeds and fruits to this and mix well.
Pour into serving glasses or bowl .
Serve chilled .
