Police services in Oman rescue person from wadi

Muscat: Rescue teams have been sent to Wadi Al Ais, where a person has been reported trapped, the Royal Oman Police said.

According to authorities, Wadi Al Ais is located in Wilayat Al Musanna in the governorate of Nothern Batinah.

In a statement, the police said:”Wadi Al Ais is currently overflowing, and after a report of a trapped person, rescue procedures are in progress.”

PACDA said in a statement online: "The teams of the Civil Defence and Ambulance Department in Southern Al Batinah Governorate managed to rescue a citizen who was trapped while trying to cross a wadi Al Ais in Wilayat Al Musanna."
