Woman jumped from third floor to escape kidnappers

Muscat: A woman who was held against her will escaped after she broke a third floor window and leapt to the ground, police have revealed.
Ruwi Police Station officials say they have arrested two Asian suspects in a case of attempted kidnapping.
An official source at the Royal Oman Police said that the victim was kidnapped, and was transported by car to an apartment in Ruwi.
According to the ROP, the perpetrators kidnapped the woman with the intention of raping her.
The woman managed to escape by breaking one of the windows in the apartment, and jumping from the third floor to the ground.
The woman sustained several injuries due to the fall, and has been transferred to Khoula hospital for treatment.
Following an account from the woman of the crime, the police arrested the perpetrators.
The case has been referred to Public Prosecution in order to complete proceedings.
