Recipe of the week: Healthy Granola Tarts


Ingredients

1 and 1/2 cup oats
1 cup powdered mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios ,walnuts )
1 tbsp sesame seeds
5 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
A pinch of cinnamon powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Mix all of the above in a bowl . Preheat the oven to 180c .
Put around 3 to 4 tbsp of the granola mix in about 8 greased cupcake baking tin.
Press well with the help of the back of a spoon.
Bake for 17 minutes till golden.( centre rack ).
Let it cool and fill it with Greek yoghurt topped with fruits.
